Terms & Conditions

  1. If your flight has any serious delays, please inform the office or driver as soon as possible.
  2. No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passenger(s) that does not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
  3. Your picking up instructions will be emailed to you with your receipt. You must print or make note of these as they will contain pick up information. You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we email you to confirming your booking. Privateair247ltd will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform the office as soon as possible.
  4. We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport.
    Privateair247ltd will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if the 2 hour check-in time was not allowed.
  5. Privateair247ltd use their own transport wherever possible but may use third party companies where appropriate. The customer will be fully informed should this arise.
  6. Privateair247ltd does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for any reason, i.e. traffic delays, accidents, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Privateair247ltd cannot be held responsible for any injuries occured whilst boarding or alighting the vehicle.
  8. Drivers will always assist with luggage but will not be held responsible for any damage caused.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
